Return Policy

At AP Auto Design, we comply with European Union consumer protection regulations. Please read the following return and refund conditions carefully before making a purchase.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the goods, without providing any reason, except in cases described in Section 4.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing by email before the 14-day period expires.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

• The product must not show signs of installation, modification, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

3. Return Procedure

1. The customer must contact us by email at hello@apparts.pt within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. After confirmation, return instructions will be provided.

3. The product must be returned within 14 days after notification.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products

• Personalized products

• Products manufactured according to customer specifications

• Products that have been installed or used

These products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence.

In such cases, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the product

• Refund of the purchase price

Return shipping costs will be covered by AP Auto Design only in confirmed defect cases.

6. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products
